1) Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://careerpathhacker.com/ and the purchase and use of CareerPath — a personalized career course plan (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Vorkis LLC (“CareerPathHacker”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Service or purchasing CareerPath, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our payment processing is provided by Stripe. The price of one CareerPath plan is USD $9.99 (one-time payment).

2) The Product

CareerPath is a digital, personalized plan that recommends a curated sequence of courses and resources to advance your career goals. Delivery is digital, typically made available immediately after successful payment and questionnaire completion.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities under it.

4) Pricing, Payment & Taxes

• Price per plan: USD $9.99 (one-time).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
• Prices do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees. Where required, taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout.

5) Delivery & Access

After successful payment and the required onboarding questions, digital access to CareerPath is granted. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after payment, contact info@careerpathhacker.com.

6) Refunds & Cancellations

• Because CareerPath is personalized digital content, all sales are final once access is delivered.
• Refunds are available only if the Service was not provided (e.g., access not delivered). Refunds, when eligible, are processed via Stripe and subject to Stripe’s operational timelines.
• For EU/UK consumers: by starting immediate delivery of personalized digital content, you explicitly consent to performance starting before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. If we fail to deliver, you remain entitled to a refund.

7) Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) reverse engineer or scrape; (c) share, resell, or sublicense access; (d) upload malware; (e) attempt to bypass security controls.

8) Intellectual Property & License

All content, models, plans, and materials are owned by Vorkis LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CareerPath for your individual professional development. Any commercial redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

9) User Inputs

To personalize CareerPath, you may submit information about your goals and background. You represent you have the right to provide such information. We may use your inputs to generate your plan and to improve the Service (see Privacy Policy).

10) Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party terms or failures. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

11) Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. We will post the new effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice (e.g., email or in-product notice) at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that CareerPath will secure employment or specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorkis LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to us for the specific CareerPath plan giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or where such limitation is prohibited by law.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vorkis LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in TX, USA. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

17) Consumer Dispute Information (EU/UK)

EU consumers may access the European Commission’s ODR platform for online dispute resolution. Using ODR does not limit your statutory rights.
